Spotify Update

It’s been a few weeks since the last post but the waiting period is due to the lack of good tracks. My motto, better not to post then to post mediocre stuff. But there are few good things out there and I hope you like it too.

Since the new version of Spotify lets you see songs from your iTunes and the ones available online, I created a playlist with the tracks that we’ve posted and that are available.

For those who like dubstep, I can strongly recommend the really professionally made album,Triangulation, by Scuba. Due to my bad writing skills, I’ll quote one of my favorite sites for reviews, Little White Earbuds. “Paul Rose has undoubtedly proved himself to be one of the great dance music triple threats of the moment. He’s flexed his mighty A&R muscle at Hotflush, which in the past year helped launched the careers of next-gen buzz magnets like Mount Kimbie and Joy Orbison. I can’t stop listening to this release and it’s probably nothing to post but if anyone missed this, be sure to buy the record right away. I’m talking about Pantha Du Prince with his album, Black Noise. One of my favorites, Stick To My Side, has been remixed by Four Tet, Efdemin, Walls, Carsten Jost and Lawrence (Not OK Link ?).

I love Art Bleek ever since he released Euphorized so when I found this EP from last year I was suprised I managed to miss it. The EP comes with two great remixes from Joel Alter and Sei A. Sei A did also a very nice remix of Mike Sheridan’s Too Close which was released on Sounds of Copenhagen Vol.4. If you don’t know the danish, -91 born, Mike Sheridan, be sure to check him out too (for those who need a link for Mike Sheridan)

I wonder if anybody still checks out this site since there hasn’t been any action for a long time. If there are any readers, leave a comment and maybe I’ll get a grip of myself and start posting again. These tracks aren’t hard stuff, just easy listening to break the ice, there are deeper and darker post to come if someone gives a crap.
